This is great tool for people trying to fit a quick activity to get the heart rate up and get the metabolism going. There should be a disclaimer or explanation about the side plank and step-up exercises.
Note that you need to alternate the side you perform the side-plank on. Additionally, step-up needs to be alternating as well.
Beginners would benefit from this.
