7-minute Scientific Workout Timer app good for

Miss the perky attitude and the metronome on the old version. Like the larger font on the new one. New one needs to start over at the end, vs having to use back arrow to go back to beginning. Also needs front page with all the exercises listed. Still, love the exercises and the simplicity of the workout. Where are the more strenuous ones? Glad to pay for this because the old one helped us get in shape for everything else in our busy lives...sailboat racing, taking care of our large yard, fitness walking, and working. All in 7 minutes! Good all around fitness exercise plan. Combine it with fitness walking or running and you are in good shape. Find old version at Scientific Seven Minute Workout website, the New York Times one.

I discover this app on AppsGoneFree and I am far from disappointed. This app is absolutely fantastic. You will see results within the first few sessions. Amazing app!
